Yes they do indeed @Rsava.
Go into chess.com settings then into connected boards. Then just connect from there.
When you play a game with someone online it will then ask if you'd like to use the board or not.

Thanks @RadgiGadie - I am assuming you mean in the app on a phone or tablet?
Once you connect the board do you accept the challenge on the computer and then it asks you if you want to use the board or do you accept the challenge in the app?
Have you only played random people or have people directly challenged you?
Yep it's all within the chess.com app. I'm using android. Go through the usual play new game. Chess.com then matches you with someone. It then asks you if you'd like to use the Pegasus.
I can try and post some screenshots if you'd like?
No thanks. I get what you're saying. Have you played any game where someone you know challenges you?
I very rarely play a random game, I usually play prearranged games. That is where the boards all seem to fail.
I cannot find “connected boards” in the settings menu? does Pegasus board work with IOS and I Phones? If so, please explain how?
I do not get the "connected boards" option. Can someone with Chess.com help me get my pegasus connected? What app are you looking at Radgle?
I think chess.com is only available with Android on the Pegasus.

Most of the e-boards are like that currently. Apparently chess.com is not very open about their APIs which are needed to connect.
Ah! That would explain things. Usually iOS get first dibs with things like this. A benefit for android users for once 😂
Hope you're update comes soon
I was able to play using the my I-Phone 12 and DGT App and Pegasus, on the LiChess.org site. White Pawn APP bugged out on me in middle of a game on Lichess. That's too bad because White Pawn allows you to see the board on the phone as the game progresses. The DGT app only shows an indicator for the clock. Just downloaded a White Pawn update, so will try again soon. White pawn programmer says Chess.com is stingy on interface details. He might work on ICC next instead. I know the ICC guys will cooperate. Hope Chess.com get with it in March or half the Pegasus users will play on Lichess instead, heh.
@frhunter13 - in the DGT app, when you are on the clock screen, try swiping from right to left, to get to the board. Pretty sure that is how you do it.

Yeah, wouldn't surprise me if Lord Erik wants to charge a pretty penny to let them use the interface.
Thanks Rsava. Will try that next game. The main reason I am trying to play with a real board is that you get spoiled looking at a two D where nothing can hide, and where perspective is taken for granted. Then when you DO play on a board, you have lost your vision, so to speak. That has cost me before.
I purchased a metal set with black felt bottoms and a 3" king. Works perfectly with the Peg, on Lichess.com. I love the heavier pieces since I tend to knock the king over otherwise, heh. I am hearing that some HAVE gotten it to work on their PC with ' arena, ....etc". Hopefully other programmers will take up the Peg challenge! Oh, swiping the clock screen on the DGT app (left0 gets a nice view of the board position just as Raava surmised.
Going to post this in the three types of boards I won.
Do any of these boards actually work with Chess.com?
I have truly only gotten any of them to work with Lichess.
So, for those of you using the Pegasus on chess.com how are you doing it? Does it work well?
