For you guys having troubles with the board and chess.com - forget the board in the Android BT settings and try resetting the Pegasus to factory default and then try to connect to chess.com without connecting it to BT or any other app. Try chess.com immediately after you factory reset it. To factory reset the board (from the manual located here https://gambitchesssupplies.com.au/content/manuals/dgt/22010.pdf ):
Reset to factory settings
It is possible to reset the Pegasus to factory settings. In some cases this can resolve detection issues.
Make sure DGT Pegasus is fully charged and switched off.
To perform the reset;
● Please remove all the pieces from the board.
● Press and hold the on/off button until the middle four LED’s start blinking rapidly.
● DGT Pegasus is now back to factory settings and ready to play.
If the board is still not functioning after these steps please contact support
Remember, do the factory reset and then do not try to connect to anything else except the chess.com app.
Ok, need some help here. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite so I could play on chess.com with the Pegasus. It is recognized by the DGT Chess app, Chess Dojo, Chess for Android, and White Pawn. The Chess.com app, I sign in, goto settings-connected boards, nothing shows up. I checked the app settings, there is nothing for Location to be enabled. I am an iOS user, so not well versed in Android 11 (fully up to date). Any suggestions on how to get this to work?
