Does this board work ...

Ok, need some help here.  I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite so I could play on chess.com with the Pegasus.  It is recognized by the DGT Chess app, Chess Dojo, Chess for Android, and White Pawn.  The Chess.com app, I sign in, goto settings-connected boards, nothing shows up.  I checked the app settings, there is nothing for Location to be enabled.  I am an iOS user, so not well versed in Android 11 (fully up to date). Any suggestions on how to get this to work?

For you guys having troubles with the board and chess.com - forget the board in the Android BT settings and try resetting the Pegasus to factory default and then try to connect to chess.com without connecting it to BT or any other app. Try chess.com immediately after you factory reset it. To factory reset the board (from the manual located here https://gambitchesssupplies.com.au/content/manuals/dgt/22010.pdf ):

Reset to factory settings
It is possible to reset the Pegasus to factory settings. In some cases this can resolve detection issues.
Make sure DGT Pegasus is fully charged and switched off.
To perform the reset;
● Please remove all the pieces from the board.
● Press and hold the on/off button until the middle four LED’s start blinking rapidly.
● DGT Pegasus is now back to factory settings and ready to play.
If the board is still not functioning after these steps please contact support

Remember, do the factory reset and then do not try to connect to anything else except the chess.com app.

My connected boards screen is totally blank. No list at all.

You see no other BT devices listed? It sounds like you might not have the proper Android OS  version. What version is your Android OS?

See if you can update it to a newer OS version.

Just an update...no need to reply.

So after hours of trying, I have finally gave up.  I tried all of the above suggestions, and still cannot get the Chess.com app to recognize ANY Bluetooth device.  For the record, I tried to connect to the Pegasus via Bluetooth directly via the OS, just to test,  and the OS reports back "An app is needed to use this device".  Just like frhunter13, the connected boards screen is completely blank.  When I turn off Bluetooth, the connected board screen asks to turn on Bluetooth.  When I do, it goes blank again.  Also, I did go to the Tablet settings - App Settings - Permissions...noticed this:  There was no Location Settings Permission available for the Chess.com app.  This was available for Chess Dojo, White Pawn, Chess for Android, and the DGT Chess app.  They were all enabled for allow for these apps, except for Chess for Android, which asked for it to be turned on.  This might be an issue with the current version of the Chess.com app and a reason why I cannot get it to work on this device.  Anyways, I have returned the Android device, and just use my Square Off Pro for Chess.com...just need to get me a lazy-suzan of sorts for it....

Rsava my android is version 11. So, What IS the right version???? All advertising should state correctly what the Unit is compatible with. Chess.com does not work with my Galaxy 7. I have followed all recommendations by chess.com and others. Chess.com does not work with my Ipad or IPhone. However Lichess works with all of them. Checkmate is checkmate. The problem is with with chess.com.
