Turkey admin has some problems and cannot come online for a while. what's the deadline for challenges?

Definitive deadline is 31st of December, the day when it's cutoff for this tournament.....:-)

There're no strikt deadlines for when matches should start.

The schedule is the main track and the teams are recommended to keep to the schedule.
Teams that starting up their games more quickly are favourized by the scoring system, while teams that delays and not starting up games don't get so much scores.  The completenessnes is taken in count when calculating the scores.
This will be especially become important for the teams during the last rounds in the Autumn before the cuttoff.
So, and advice is to trying to strike to the schedule - or running forward pretty quickly.

However, good sportmanship is trying to don't keep the rosters open too long.
3-4-5 days are most reasonable, but 2-3 weeks can sometimes also be reasonable.

It's very much up to the teams to organize and planning for success and forcing forward. Progressive and well-organized teams are promoted by the scoring system, while less active and less organized teams loosing scores and positions.

I'm very sorry , Johan , but in my opinion, that is'nt a good ideea. There can be one team who may influence the final score of the tournament, avoiding or postponing matches !!

If one team lock his roster on 30st December, only in some matches, that will affect all results of the teams...He  was the best as before, with accurate time-bound

If one team lock their roster on 30st of December, will they and their opponents, most probably not get any (or at least very few) scores from that match since there will be very few completed games in the match at cutoff (31st of December).
That could unfairly badly affect the opportunities for their opponent to improve their standings. This could especially affect the final standings.

The schedule for the last round (=Round 11) is October.
We might need to consider if there must be a definitive deadline starting the last games (for this round as well as delayed games in earlier rounds), for example by the 31st of October. So, we might need to adjust the rules. I will come back regarding this in good time before the last round starts. (I'm travelling on vacation now for a couple of weeks, so it will be when I'm back again).

Thanks for your input.

There're no deadline in the near future....The deadline for the whole tournament is by the 31st of December, when cutoff will be. However, the teams are recommended strike to the schedule, which means that the teams are recommended to start their matches for round 6 now in May.

The scoring system gives favours to the teams that startup and complete their games quickly, since teams that do not moving on quickly enough are disfavourized by the scoring system. So penalties are given indirectly to the teams that not strike to the schedule, since they certainly risk to not get as many points as the teams that moving on more quickly.

There're no deadline in the near future....but the tournament is to cutoff/finish by the 31st of December.

However, all teams are recommended strike to the schedule, and the teams that startup and finish their games quickly are favourized by the scoring system. So, the teams have good incitaments to startup the games quickly and preferrably at least according to the official schedule.

Schedule for Round 6 is for May.
Next round (=Round 7) will start in June.
