Current standings updated for Division 4:
http://www.chess.com/groups/forumview/el2011---division-4---standings
Team Bulgaria proceed moving fast forward. Team Azerbaijan and Team Israel also moving pretty fast forward. However, Team France and Hungarian Chess Group, and perhaps also Team Georgia, still are able fighting about to be promoted to Division 3 next season. Other teams in the division now hardly are able for this, or..?

Hungarian Chess Group replace Team Georgia as one of the top-4 teams, and now getting able qualifies to a place in Division 3 for next season. However, Team Azerbaijan is hunting behind....

Current standings updated for Division 4:

Two certain events since last update:
1/ BULGARIA now also participating, and fighting against Team Bulgaria about to representing Bulgaria in the European League. And right now: BULGARIA is leading against Team Bulgaria, and have an almost outstanding position in this Division.
2/ Team Azerbaijan is moving forward and recently passed Hugarian Chess Group as the #4, and to get an opportunity moving up to Division 3 next year. Both Team Azerbaijan and Hungarian Chess Group is hunting behind Team France and Team Israel. Exiting!

No big changes. BULGARIA is comfortably leading. Hard to beat! Team Azerbaijan and Hungarian Chess Group still quickly improving their positions on the team match leaderboard. These teams are now closer behind Team France and Team Israel than earlier. So it's a hard battle between these teams.
Right now, it seem like Team Georgia and Team Kosovo are the only teams behind that might would give the teams above a match. Let's see!

Current standings updated for Division 4:
http://www.chess.com/groups/forumview/el2011---division-4---standings
Seem like the top-teams trying to get ensure that they become on of the top-4.
BULGARIA - moving on! Seem unpossible to beat now.
Team France - also moving on! But less good speed than teams behind.
Team Israel - also moving on! But less good speed than teams behind.
Team Azerbaijan - also moving on. Now just a few points behind Team Israel!
Hungarian Chess Group - also moving on pretty well!
Team Georgia - also seem to moving on now! Maybe too late?
6 teams in an exiting battle! Good Luck!

Exiting battle!
BULGARIA - still seem unbreakable...
Team France - no certain improvements since last update! Hunted!
Team Azerbaijan - hunting asgressively behind! Have recently passed Team Israel.
Hungarian Chess Group - also hunting agressively behind! Have also recently passed Team Israel.
Team Israel - recently passed both by Team Azerbaijan and Hungarian Chess Club, and thereby not one of the top-4 that get a chans to be promoted to Division 3 next season.
Team Georgia - now hunting agressively behind. But still maybe too far behind?
Exiting!

Current standings updated:

BULGARIA - still seem unbreakable...Ready for EL2012 Division 3.
Team Azerbaijan - seem to proceed moving fast forward! Seem to be the #2!
Have recently passed Team France as well. Seem ready for EL2012 Division 3 as well!
Team France - still moving slowly forward. Hunted behind by Hungarian Chess Group.
Hungarian Chess Group - hunting agressively behind! Good opportunities passing Team France before the cutoff...
Team Israel - well...seem to far behind the others, but...never say never.
Team Georgia - now hunting agressively behind. But still maybe too far behind?
Seem like - either of - Team France and Hungarian Chess Group will make it also, and most probably will play in Division 3 for next season. Seem like the teams in the bottom of Division 3 hardly can change that: Team Austria currently have 3.864 points, Team Wales 2.193, Team Lithuania 2.044 ,Team Belarus 1.744, Team Denmark 956. However, let us wait a moment before say too much...:-)
So a hard battle now which of Team France and Hungarian Chess Group that will make it!

Current standings updated for Division 4:

Hungarian Chess Group have recently passed Team France. Team Israel is now hunting behind Team France, but may are too far behind to make any change.
Team Georgia is also hunting behind, but I would guess they still are too far behind to be able make any change.
Seem like all the four teams in the top will move up to Division 3 for next season, since they all are better ranked on the Team Match Leaderboard than the teams in the bottom om Division 3.

Current standings updated for Division 4:

No big changes. I don't believe there will occur any dramatical changes now in the final end. Team Georgia are hunting agressively behind Team Israel, and they both are hunting Team France. But it seem like they hardly will passing Team France.

So, now I would say we've a final standings for this division!
I hardlty believe any certain changes now will occur in the last minutes before cutoff. If so, please let me know, and I will of course update the figures.
This will be the forum for Division 4.
No games will be played in this division. The ranking on the Team Match Leaderboard is what we couting instead.
Following teams will be in Division 4:
However, Team Greece and Chess Team Holland will be invited to Division 3.
They must accept this invitation before Sunday 23th of January, otherwise will the next best teams be invited instead. New teams that not have participated in the European League previous season (and such ones that withdraw/decline from EL2011) will be invited to Division 4.
