Hello ali,
I'm the admin for Team England who sent the challenge. Doggy_style has copied the rule above and there is only a mention of a minimum number of players, not a maximum :-
Starting Position: Standard
Times per move: 3 days
Minimum Games: 1
Minimum players per team:
Division 1: 30 players
Division 2: 20 players
Division 3: 10 players
Division 4: 10 player
Concurrent games per opponent: 2
Also as at present there are only 57 Turkish players who have signed up for the match, the point does not seem to make life difficult for Team Turkey.

Since Team Turkey is smaller than Team England, the settings as they are will be slightly advantageous to Team Turkey, and we (at Team England) do not mind that.
I think it would be bothersome to players on both sides to have to do it again, and best to just proceed - especially as it has been pointed out that the EL rules specify only the minimum (which has been set), but not that the rosters need be limitless (which they don't, as per EL rules).
if Johan Palmer say ok for this game settings, we dont have any problem, because lots of our members enter the game.. and we can do this match with this limit.. ok for England too ?

The reason for note state any maximum is that there should not be any maximum figure set. It has been so since 2009 during 5 seasons. This seems to be the very first time during the years that somebody applies a maximum number of players...
