Decision regarding Team Turkey vs Team England: It's not ok starting up team matches for limited number of players. The EL-matches are to be open for unlimited players. Starting this match could definetively certainly impacting on the tie-breaks given, and by that the final outcome of whole this tourney. So please startup another match with proper settings applied.

Barborosa,

Ok, the challenge has been re-sent.

Johan,

We'd appreciate it if rules (such as maximums on the roster being forbidden) could be stated up-front, rather than "taken as read" and presented retroactively. To be clear, having the rule is fine. Mentioning it after the fact and applying it retroactively isn't.

TE agree entirely with the comments of DavidStyles. Also the last time I looked team Turkey only had sixty-one players signed up so whether or not they would have reached the one hundred figure before the start date, which I believe was sunday, is open to debate.

Sorry. Don't exactly understand. The rules - when comes to game settings - have been in place unchanged since the season started. And when comes to maximum number of players even unchanged since the tourney started 2009.

The rules need to be written down.

Collective memory just won't work for newcomers (such as myself).

Perhaps Johan could advise of the time limits to start matches?

The rules says:
"The teams are allowed to - but not forced to - start the games earlier than scheduled. They are also allowed to startup later, but could then get warnings."

The best practises are:
"
BEST PRACTICES FOR TEAM MATCHES

Give prior to start the games due to schedule.

Send and accept challenges in good time before expected start time. At least 1-2 weeks before is reasonable.

Avoid send or accept challenges in last minutes before expected start time.

Avoid delete players from their spots in the matches, except obviously banned players, closed accounts, or detected multi-team players or cheaters.

Let your opponent be able get players onboard during a reasonable time, but avoid keep the rosters open too long time. 1-2 weeks could be reasonable."

And back to rules:
"
Warnings will be given to teams that not send or accept challenges, or not lock their rosters, or have too few participating players in the matches"

All matches must be started before the cutoff on 31st of December.
