I think a Board for the tournament would be a good idea.
Do we need to start a HQ type of group for that?
I have a defunct group already created which I could rename and share with you Johan?
European Chess Federation is the board/HQ for this tournament.

Sorry Johan, but that seems more like an informative group.
A Board Group is a group where a small group of admins are consulting together and deciding also together about the problems that they are facing while managing another and bigger group. European Chess Federation looks more like WL HQ and not like WL DIrectors group.

When? Tournament should start, and there are still some unsolved issues about final results from previous year..
I will add some notes about things that I would be happy get some help in. I'm also open for other suggestions.
Keep track on multi-team-players
Someone that create and run script for tracking multi-team-players on regular basis (at least once a month). The script preferrably made in PHP, and possible to run on Windows, and made publically available as open source.
Coaching and followup Division 5
Regulary keep track on the teams in Division 5, and update current results. Also support the teams in this division and inspire them get upon track, in order get more of them into the higher divisions for upcoming seasons.
Board of Tournament
A group of national team admins who supporting in situations when the rules may not fully covers what decision to make and how to handle.
