I'm using Chrome on an IMac running Lion, and while the cross hairs do show up in the ELO graph, there is some issue with them being able to seek to any place on the graph. They appear to simply be trying to follow the pointer, but it is impossible to accurately select any portion of the graph, and most of the graph is not reachable via the cross hairs. Great idea to have the feature, but not yet ready, at least on my system.
