I like your enthusiasm, but right now even if there is interest I don't have time to moderate that many games. Posting the rules for new events take a lot of time. I need to translate the rules I have written in Swedish and make sure the explanations are as clear as possible and preferably provide examples. It is something I really enjoy doing, but we would have to wait until a lot more events are revealed before a tournament is realistic for me.
