Feature request: Chat for waiting players

(Noticed this message of @rezacz in the Notes: "chat is dead, no good way to find a partner"

And it reminded me what I wanted to propose long time ago: )

At this page: https://www.chess.com/4-player-chess we need a Chat window near the Game List. In this case anyone can easily find a teammate there. (Just write "Who wants to play with me? Invite me now. I am 1600." and get an invitation.)

Would be good to see a list of players in the chat too. Or get it by a command like:

/list

Now a dream:

Get a list of players rated 1600+ by this command:

/list 1600+
