Frequent slumps

So i frequently will drop a lot of rating points, many many losses in a row, i was 1226 rapid and i'm now back at 1094, in the span of idk, an hour of playing, same happened in blitz where i was 870 i think, and then dropped all the way back to 600 at some point, so, i wanted to know why that happens and how i can make it happen less frequently at least, thank you

I think you lose a lot of rating because you play too many games when you are tilted, try to play just 4 games a day.

Same bro I got to 1400 and held there for a day and then dropped down to 1200 in rapid. I still consider myself a 1400 obviously but I think it was because of playing tilted, maybe you have the same problem?

If I lose, say 3 games in a row, I stop playing so my rating doesn't drop massively.

Yes, it was probably because he played tilted. I saw the profile and there are 15 matches per day.

I don't really feel tilted tho, so i never thought tilt was a factor in it, but y'all are probably right lmao
