I just noticed I used a weird piece for my witch after I last moved it. I'll fix that next board. It's the piece I use for analysis as it's quicker to select.

It is an error. Sorry about that. I don't think it makes any difference to your choice of move, but I'm happy for you to have the option to go back and make a different move.

Thanks evert. Board #45 wasn't correct though, so if auk wants to make a different move based on that, I'm fine with that. I suspect he'll still want to play Rcd8 though so I'm not going to wait for him and just go back next move if he asks.

Well I don't really have much to say other than I think it was bang equal until I played f4. I can probably recover from losing a pawn if I play really well, but obviously once I recapture it's lost.

Hmm, the witch is definitely an easy one to overlook. It's sad as the game was starting to get interesting before the blunder. I wonder had you not played f4 what would have happened.

I have no idea if either of us have an edge. My h2 bishop is a good piece but you can counter it easily. It's a tight position, I'm sure it would've been fun once it opened up.
