Correction to the above: As an SA all the icons are listed under Manage Club but as an admin it is missing. I am an Admin in ACTC and it is missing there. The clubs I'm SA in everything appears under the Manage Club.
Help/Support icon doesn't work for me.

I think it must be your browser or an extension. It's working for everyone else...

Is there a suggested browser I should use? I also have chrome but haven't used it in awhile.
Using Windows 10, firefox browser, I click on the icon, entered my ticket about the Icon for Inviting new members under Manage Club. I typed it up but the send button does nothing.
