This is *beta*, it's all going to be reset at some point.
It means, literally, nothing.
I seriously doubt CC staff is going to 'fix' this for you. Good luck with that one

Not that I know of but all progress will be reset before the feature goes live. Not sure if it will reset again to check code fixes or not.
