How to re-organize the team?

Hi friends.

Team Estonia have many talent players, and are in deed able to be a really competetive country team. But you need a local group leader and some local admins besides that running this as soon as possible!

I will manage the team till somebody of you are willing to become team admins.
I will meanwhile ensure that you're able to properly participate in upcoming World League and European League-games. There perheps occur some games besides if you request that. Please just add notes, and I will create other games for you.

I really hope that some of you would like to commit to this in the near future.
As soon as someone of you've become admin, then I hope you will begin to play more games and running the WL/EL-games by yourself, and improve your position on the Team Match Leaderboard.

You're welcome to add comments about this below. You're also welcome to send messages and discuss this besides with me if you prefer that.

If some of you prefer to discuss this together with all the other team members than are you welcome to do that in this or a separate forum.

I want to promote and support you as much as possible.

Awww, thanks a lot Johan for your great support and the friendship :P But just for the future ... Perhaps you should not create teams for other countries if you have no time to manage them :P

:-) The country team creation project is (or perhaps say "was") a part of the Team Europe and European League initiatives. Many of the country teams world wide was originally created by the guys behind World League, but they forgott to create som country teams, for example Team Estonia. So we started a project to create the country teams that still was missing in Europe at that moment, for example Team Estonia. So the main purpose was to setup the country teams and left over the teams to local group leaders/admins as quickly as possible, and involve these guys and the teams into Team Europe and European League and other existing country team tournaments (like World League and World Cup). A certain goal for Team Europe and European League, is to promote and be promoted by all the European country teams, you could say "Europe for all - all for Europe" :-)These are still valid purposes.

So, I look forward for being able promote some of the Estonian teammates to become new team admins in the near future so that you forwadly are able to succesfully run this team and keep it on track by your own. That is the current challange for me as well as the team!
