One full week to agree and play, when a round lasts for a full week. The players may also agree on a pre-established day/time where they will have their game to start automatically. No. This is actually 4:00AM UTC GMT. This is the deadline for me to post the pairings for Round 1.
Then the players have 24 hours to enter their Forum of Discussion and either post at least 3 Initial Proposals, or accept one of the other guy's.
