Variants world is broken, so you can’t submit anything until CGAs fix it (variants world is the new way of submitting variants)

We now use variants.world for submitting variants, however the platform is currently bugged and will be fixed by @qilp in the coming weeks.
If you want to know the actual process of submitting whenever the fix comes, read https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/how-to-use-variants-world. For the requirements for submission, read https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/requirements-for-submission. And finally, if you want general information or creating tips for custom variants, I suggest reading some of the forums in https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/custom-variants-club-directory.
