Alright, this club used to be soooo much fun couple of months ago, lately I feel like I have been a terrible owner fr, I'm really trying to improve my skills and the club but ig I havent been doing much recently so pls help me change the club a bit by: 

-stop making useless forums that DOES NOT relate to the club idea, like: rickrolls, random YouTube vids, a "joke forum" that has no point behind it,  TOO many chess related stuff, (alr ik its a chess site but sometimes u guys post over 20 forums about chess per DAY which really annoys others) 2-3 forums about chess per day r more than enough: )

-Make some positive forums that might help others,,,,,,, share ur life story or some random story that u think was a kind one and had an impact on u: )

-I am willing to promote new admins(just write in this forum if u r interested in being an Admin) if I see that they will try to improve the club, some admins were promoted and didnt do much so they were demoted for that, pls if u cant help then dont offer to be an admin and take someone else’s place who might have done better: )

-loving the club helps an admin do 10000 times better, if u dont like the club then u will obviously not do as good as someone that loves the club: )

I hope that these changes will help the club, pls do say something if u think u can help: )

I wouldn't mind helping out (especially with note and forum management). You're right about the club being less enjoyable lately. I don't think you're a bad owner, but you're a bit soft on everyone, and you're not online enough to manage conflict. I think I do a lot in the clubs I genuinely enjoy.
