Issue: Chess.com responses to bug/suggestion posts

Issue: It is not always clear whether a chess.com employee has responded to a post as there is clear no indication that a response is from a Chess.com employee. It would be nice if there was some indication, an icon or a subtitle, in the response to indicate this.

Also it would be great to indicate when a topic has been ticketed as a legitimate "known" issue/problem. Granted some topics present multiple issues but an indication as to which parts have been ticketed would be good.

The official team members have a green pawn next to their username. And we try to answer always all your suggestions/bug-reports... Thanks

And weirdos have a purple pawn next to their name. You have to look out for those guys and avoid them.
