komodo computer does something unusual

i was playing the komodo computer live and then i offered a draw and then looking over the whole position i realized that the position was hopeless for me and resigned then the computer allowed the draw by saying yes could something be wrong by it doing something like this?

i guess i was playing to quick to scan really well

i just noticed how bad it played at the end it was up quite some material so i suppose you may not have realized you had taken all its pieces

i am not sure what the draw conditions are for komodo. I'll take a peak. 

the end was "insufficient material". both sides cant win, it was a draw
