Let's do it character by character then. Once we have the list we work together to form the rules for each character.

Next: the Jester. Pretty simple. He has his scythe that can mimic anything. Extreme agility also seems logical.

He can also do basic shapeshifting. Nothing useful, just another Kirby like trick. Should we assign a special move to each character or are we just going for weapon sets?

Does each character NEED a special move? 

Maybe we can save that for the sequel. For now, let’s just focus on making them and balancing them.

Oh wow, we're actually doing this. We can get to my characters last, since the storyline hasn't been revealed yet.

Yeah. Okay, so we have stats for each character

Health (How much hits the guy can take)

Speed (How fast the guy is)

Any others? Do they need a base strength?

Next is the principal. We haven’t exactly seen him do much... what DOES he do, Tomato?

I gave stats to all my characters.
