So hard.
They are from different eras, which makes it difficult.
But I would have to say Beach Boys, which I listen to in all kinds of situations. My favorites from here are Kokomo and Wouldn't It Be Nice.
Led Zep is usually for relaxing or flying really fast close to the ground in GeoFS. I like Stairway to Heaven, Kashmir, Fool in the Rain and All My Love.
Other favorite groups: Rolling Stones, CCR, Boston, etc...

Interesting. I play a lot of music from 80's but I have have some different favorite artists and sometimes I just really like one song from a certain one but my 4 favorite artists would be Billy Joel, Glen Campbell, Simon and Garfunkel And John Denver.
When playing a casual blitz game between rounds of a tournament, I turned on Jump by Van Halen and my opponent gave me a strange face and asked, "What is this???"

on how that kind of music isn't produced these days.

HAHA!! I could probably say the same if they turned some modern music on... Mind you online I tend to turn on my favorite songs while playing and it helps me concentrate (sadly I can't do it in an OTB game)
