When does the County Championship start i.e. when are challenges for 2020 to be issued?

Hope to start the league in December 2019. Fixtures can only be confirmed once the deadline for entries passes on Nov 30th.
The cup will start in November, once the deadline of Oct 31st passes.

From the registration thread:
"By registering your team it is assumed that you are entering both the league and cup."
So presumably all teams are in both competitions.

The list of teams has now been updated to include the new teams taking part in the U1600 competition and teams who have expressed an interest in joining the championship in the near future.
You can also use the list to send challenges for friendly matches.

I have been informed while recruiting for my club that there is already a team for the county of Cornwall.
