Hello ... the idea of a live chat with automatic translator ... which would greatly facilitate communication between all chess.com members ... just write in your native language and automatically the translator would do the job for everyone those in chat ... whether it's live chess or Club chat! That's my proposal for Chess.com ...

We do have this for some common phrases already. We actually get lots more complaints about what we do have then we do compliments. Lots of people seem to get annoyed when we translate stuff for you.

surely I understand the side of these people ... but my proposal is in live chat ... games, clubs, tournaments and private conversations ... the posts, club notes..continues as it is ... because in my Opinion Chess.com will be the best chess site for many years yet ... as it is the only one that makes technological investment!
Live chat is actually the only place we do have this auto-translation in place and where the complaints have been coming from. Currently right now its just like basic phrases like "hello" and such.

okay ... it's a start ... but when the translator is operating in all languages ... it will be awesome!

If you have complains about that autotranslation feature. Maybe, makes sense to make it optional (maybe, disabled by default, but with some highlight on the icon "Translate chat"). And add option enable/disable it in Chat Settings and in Profile Settings.
Text translators are notoriously hard to get right, even in this day and age of AI and neural nets.
