Lower Time Control

The lowest time control available for players to play is 10s, but can we have time controls lower than such as 5+1 which should last longer than a 10s game

This wouldn't be considered cause I think the person playing white will be flagged on the first move, this would only be possible if there is a 5 s delay before each game so that players can set in their premoves, (just how lich*ss has)

no, go play a bullet game, it's not hard to make the first move in 1s

Who cares about rating points, it's for fun sake. If they did change keep the min lower time without increment as 10s and change the option for min lower time with increment to 5s, it would be really appreciate. And I can also add the option to play 5+1s games in a tournament called UBWCC 2019 in my club.
