Also how does the strength of alliance increase?

The strength of an alliance is how many territories it controls.

It does make sense

It's just really bad luck we haven't got one yet.

The one against parrotopia was just GCC or chexx pistols took it before us

the one aginst alpha impact glitched and then it counted it as a time out, even though we put moves in.

I'll try an find a territory to attack.
