Yes, that's how it is, if on board 5 a player from Budapest wins, he wins, if a player from Zagreb wins or draws, it is not counted.

Regarding the rule determined by the paragraf G. Fairplay, that considers multi-team players, I have in my Team Beograd roster for Open Cities Swiss 2015 R5 two players on those already I believe.

Since this kind of cases are repeatedly occurred, continue to persist and all teams are affected by, I would like to emphasize something.
It would be really helpful to have a list of all players with marked teams they are performing for, starting the round 1. in which all admins could compare potential multiplayers.
Without the list we have to rely on players itself and their awareness of participation in matches, and that's not to effective due to the fact that a lot of players are signing in for most of the matches without even looking for which match are they applying too.
Only option remaining is manually overlooking all matches and all rosters, comparing all players during the process. You'll agree that's time consuming for most of admins.
Advise we should take this under consideration and would like to have a feedback ASAP.

I know Yury, time is a big issue. I have no time for everything myself, but I was thinking to make a list of all teams participants included additional roster with all players involved for each team, so admins from any team could do the checking at any time and very short period of time spent for.
it's more useful to check your Team players if they member of any other Team playing in the tournament and check then if they play only for your Team
if we do not have scripts to have this process automated this is the only option

You will need to add matchid of all matches and than share some prepared list here in forums. Let me know if you are interested and if you would have time or somebody to manage it.

Ok. I can prepare it. I will try in about week time, but no pro mise as I am still doing some changes on my WCL. But prior starting I would like to be sure that somebody from you will be administring it so I am not spending time on something which wont be used.
Rest assure that it will be very much in use if can be applied for any matches regardless of league. I'll use it for sure on my team activities do to a complexity of admin duties, and I'm pretty much sure in its usefulness.

In round 2 we don't count points taken on board 9 for Novossibirsk, on board 5 for Zagreb and on board 3 for Beograd.
It is advisable to warn the player, his admin (before the match started) and only if they don't react apply for recalculation.
