Matches should not be sent until admins agree. aaronizeratfges you may make a choice and report back. You must, however, accept the first challenge you have gotten but if parameters are not in your liking negotiate with the admin of the opposite team

Its okay we accept both challenges. the vote chess match is already underway i just needed a slight delay to prepare the army.
I was ready to make preperations to challenge a team but then we got challenged first.
