Seems that Team Sevastopol is everywhere. I'm not sure if such Team has right to play in fair competition
Let's not jump to conclusions. This is purely technical information.
Let me remind the rules:
One player is not able to play for two different teams in the league for the same season (multi-teamer). If such case occurs in a match, all wins and draws scored by the multiteamer will be subtracted from match score.
The organisers have no responsibility for combatting multiteam play. Only those cases of multiteaming that are explicitely reported are taken into account for score recalculation.
Until now I have not got any multiteaming reports (almost, there was one player mentioned by Rasht admin in Belgrade team).
That means that I have no absolutely reasons (and will not) recount for multiteaming players in already started matches.
However, all games in last two rounds and partly in this round will be processed with the tool - to guarantee that some players will not mob to promote their several favorite teams.
The tool has one nice advantage - it parses unstarted matches - that helps to check and remove multiteaming players in time.
It will be also crazy to remove all above mentioned players entirely from games.
The team, for which the player started playing earlier or played more matches is a home team and will not bear penalties for using this player in final rounds.
If any player disagrees with home attribution, he will be able to leave a note in that topic and switch to another team.
BodaTajson and smiljko are playing for team Nis from the first round (that can be seen from this table also) so I do not understand why they are set as team Beograd players? Both players were contacted and decided to play only for team Nis, and such agreement is made with team Beograd admin also! That is why they are playing for team Nis in other rounds, too, and I believe they didn't play for team Beograd anymore, after mentioned agreement between those players and both admins were made. |
OK. It is noted about BodaTajson and smiljko.
On a side note, Boda Tajson did play for Beograd in round 6.
I will change the table and republish it soon.

There is only one multiteam player - ashkan176 for Berlin in currently open matches.
I should thank Dale00007 once again for the powerful and flexible application.
Moscow is this players home team. When he played for us in his first match. I made sure that he does not play for other teams. To track him further to check every other teams match is beyond anyone's ability.
At least I try to do something with it. Joe, do you understand?
If there were 5 teams from Hungary you'd have the same problem.
Is he a multiteam player or not, Marignon?
Against Beograd as Sevastopol player yes, againts Budapest as Moscow player not? I do not understand this.
You wrote you didn't get any report, I say you got from me. And you accepted.
Why he is not in the list with the 552362 match?
There must be a difference between player's first and second (third, ...) team. As your team's admin, you can not remove any player from other team's matches.
I have made this list MYSELF. If you had come to be before the match I'd remove him. You did not. Now it is too late.
Now we can have zero multiplayers in last two rounds. It is very nice.
Strange....
Anyway I did in time, you can see on the match site. You removed two players, and I wrote immediately that there is a third one, too. You wrote sorry, i am right.
"Too late?" Where are a half sentence about the time in the rules? Again I ask something, and I do not get answer.
I try again... Who is the multiteam player? What is the penalty? Andrey-25 is a multiteam player?
Why he is not in the list with the 552362 match?
You suggest applying the rules literally.
OK.
I think that we could not apply this rule in the absence of a mechanism really checking all matches and so we cannot penalize any teans for multiteamers in first 6 rounds.
Our views differ.
You can submit a claim to the appealing committee and see their ruling. It is better to do this before Friday.
This is the topic to report those who play for multiple teams in the same competition.
Playing for multiple teams can become a very serious issue in this competition.
I remind the rules:
One player is not able to play for two different teams in the league for the same season (multi-teamer). If such case occurs in a match, all wins and draws scored by the multiteamer will be subtracted from match score.
The organisers have no responsibility for combatting multiteam play. Only those cases of multiteaming that are explicitely reported are taken into account for score recalculation.
For the lack of time I cannot check and report multiteamers in a constant manner.
However, I know that there are home-made software tools checking the presence of players in matches of multiple teams.
If anyone can share it or take the responsibility for checking the matches of the competition, I will be very much obliged.
