Other than the downloaded version, is it an actual book as well and can I get it on my kindle through amazon?

The kindle version will be a specially converted, fully compatible kindle book. The price- still undetermined 
If you guys want the book but don't want to wait for the kindle version, I have no problem sending the kindle version free when it's out to everybody who purchases the current PDF ebook version.
I just don't want to commit to a specific time frame for the kindle version to come out since I'm not sure about it myself.
The kindle version has been released, it's avilable together with the pdf and the epub versions here.

Did you purchase the download file from the link I provided in my previous message? It doesn't show that you did.
It's a zip file, includes 4 files in the 3 formats plus one pdf file for the workpages.
Also, everyone who purchased and received the pdf version, and wants to have the other formats- send me a message and I'll email it to you.
