New rule vote

Before sending any challenges and even before posting in the MW forum, the attacker should PM the defender about the challenge and agree with the parameters and if any other admin accepts innocently then the match won't be counted.

Admins are already supposed to contact each other privately. If blocked you can talk on the MW forum. You can agree on parameters on the forum if you are going to reply.

And wut if the parameters are no way agreed to by either sides
