NPC Inundation

Hey all!

I am working on a submission for The Tankard, an OSR magazine that is just getting started. My submission is going to be a list of 300 fantasy, modern, and sci-fi NPCs. 

If anyone has any partial or complete NPCs I could use, it would be much appreciated. 

It is a free magazine, and all submissions are uncompensated. I will include the names of whomever helps out on the submission.

Oh, and the submission will be systemless, so no system-specific stats are needed.

what kind of info are you looking for?  backstory type stuff?

I agree with regi-mental, we need to know what you want first.

in other words, do you want the background, the hp, or what do you want about them?

How about posting an example. Also a link to the magazine.

I am including the six basic stats, plus comeliness, in case anyone wants it, their character type (read "class"), a few items, and a small amount of misc info.

   5. 5% chance for any spells cast to go awry and create a random effect, able to control chaos (any other instances of random chance can be influenced by 5%, including rolls such as random encounters, but not attacks, checks, or saves)
   6. Has been many things in his life, including a pirate, a highwayman, a merchant selling magic items, and anything else the GM wishes to include
2. Winston 
   1. S 12, D 13, Con 11, I 8, W 9, Ch 13, Co 14, hp 8, lvl 1
   2. Human male, farm boy, neutral good, 15 yrs
   3. Hardworking, adventurous, eager, brave, 6’6’’ tall
   4. Shovel, bedroll, hammer,
   5. Wants to become a warrior, has spent his life on his parent’s farm, but wants to make his own path
3. Ugg
   1. S 19, D 12, Con 17, I 4, W 3, Ch 6, Co 9, hp 29, lvl 3
   2. Elven female, warrior, neutral, 174 yrs
   3. Very limited vocabulary, only speaks elvish, terrified of magic
   4. Club, waterskin, 
   5. Ugg never was very smart, her village was burned down when she was a child, and so her education stopped at the equivalent of a six-year old human

here's one of my favourites that I've been using for 20+ years.

Droog

1. S 18, D 14, C 16, I 8, W 12, C 10

2. dwarf male, rogue/monk, neutral, 116 yrs old

3. spent 100 years in prison for theft, became a monk inside

4. oilskin pants, heavy boots, brass knuckles

5. a broken man.  his love died while he was locked up.  he learned to fight inside bare handed. he now travels as a prize fighter and a bitter drunk.

People's well-used and well loved characters are the best, as even quick rundowns are extremely interesting.

Buffy (A Players character but will do as NPC)

Hp: 14. Male. Human. Wizard. Age: 17. Level 2.

1. Wanted to be a Hero from when he was 12, he got his chance when goblins attacked. grabbed a quarterstaff and killed a few of them, still uses quarterstaff. He found a bow in one of his adventures. In one of his adventures he found a level 2 monkey. The monkey is now his pet.

Monkey: Hp: 8. Male. Monkey. Fighter. Age: 6. Level 2.

1. This monkey is Buffy's best friend, and a great fighter. Uses a tail whack, a rock throw, and scratches enemies with his claws.

Does the monkey have any sort of name?
