I sent challenge to Bandung but I see that accounts of both main admins are closed, so I am worry about future of this team.

Two matches in this round were forced-paired because they are already open: Team Moscow - Team of Budapest - https://www.chess.com/groups/team_match?id=644652 and Team Beograd - Minsk https://www.chess.com/groups/team_match?id=645310.

These matches are valid for both OCS and ECL competitions. There is absolutely no need to create extra matches between these teams.

Viewing how much the teams suffer from inadequate decisions of ECL manager I only wish to help them as much as I can.

The match settings should be:

Match name: Open Cities Swiss 2016 R2: Team 1 vs Team 2

 Starting Position: Standard

 Days per move: 3

Players per team: 5

 Concurrent games per opponent: 2

Start time: 05 April 2016 09:00 AM PST

 Games are Rated

Please, post match links in topic https://www.chess.com/groups/forumview/open-city-swiss-2016---round-2

Yes, I see the same, but they are obviously closed for spam (not for cheating) and thus can be restored. And there still remains an admin.
