Playing online engines with the Pegasus

Is there any way to play Engines here or on lichess using the Pegasus ?

You can indeed, via the dgt app. Choose Lichess as platform, then create game, then tap find opponent, the select computer.  You can move the strength slider to suit. You’ll then play stockingedfish on Lichess. I don’t think you can play bots, not even sure if Lichess has them. I hope that helps.

There are some private bots on lichess. They appear as users. For example maia1, maia5 and maia9. You can make them friend and challenge them with a time control of your choice. They are supposed to simulate human play with rating 1100, 1500 and 1900. In fact, they are a bit lower, depending on the time contol.

@CarbonGlacier highlights a good point...I use the maia bots on Lichess and find them more human. Do some research on the genesis of the maia engine and you'll see why.

Ahh, that makes sense. Thank you!

Just played Maia1. Looked like she was going to beat me, but I think she took pity on me and just gave it to me, on a plate. It was very good. Played on my smartypants board, Galaxy A8 tab, white porn, orange filter on my daylight lamp, purple Basque on mmmmmmmmm. Now it's time to spank myself down with a stiff mackerel and retire to my enticing bed.

The latest Lucas Chess (Windows) supports several boards including Pegasus.  It has a number of engines and personalities to play against.  Piece recognition seems to be fairly good as well.
