On the one hand, 22% and 25% are really close. And we have no penalty against removing players.

On the other hand, the people have registered and wish to play - why someone does not let them. It is not good. Actually by "rules" I myself should be removed from teams matches, because I have 33% timeout.

And on the third  hand I myself do not care about these rules and often remove from matches people who (for example) I suspect of cheating but I almost never remove timeouters or low-rated players.

Let us all be friendly and show good sportsmanship... Team Kyiv has a sizeable advantage anyway.

Next year if I (or someone else) still have the spirit to organize another competition (which is unlikely), I promise to abandon 25% timeouts rule.

Are you saying you don't respect accepted Rules? It's not good at all especially for TD

I say that rules cannot cover all aspects of managing a team or running a competition. 

Rule says it clear - you cannot delete player with less than 25% time out ratio. It's a mess that TD doesn't respect his own rules

I'm against any kind of manipulation with rosters, and it's clear that Tabriz admins did it
