What do you mean by delete players? Do you mean remove from club?

Because sometimes members don't behave the way admins want them too.
And the owner can't always check all the notes and forums in a large club.
For example I'm the owner of a club 1000+ members but I have another fellow SA and admins that help me do the work. If you don't like the fact that sometimes admins kick/ban members for what seems to you, no reason, I would highly suggest simply messaging that admin/SA about it.
Of course if they don't give a good reason it is possible you may want to demote them.
P.S. I would also highly recommend making a separate "HQ" club (headquarters) in which you can discuss stuff with the other admins.

I set up headquarters on January 14th!
Not everyone agrees with the purpose of my clubs and I can understand that, but they don't just make it hard on me as the SA but also make it hard on the members who agree with the purpose and are there to learn. I don't understand why a person would stay in a place where they don't want to be, so sometimes they need a little nudge to go find what they are looking for.
Some people join my clubs so they can promote their politics or religion or their drugs or to sell things and if they don't listen to reason then they also need to go find where they are welcome.
It has only been recently that SAs have been provided with the capability to remove members from vote chess games. For me, this is the best thing to happen to vote chess in more than ten years.
Need I go on?
Yes @wormrose I can remember your elation when I told you that good news 2 years ago. BTW Admins can remove players from vote chess too. “It has only been recently that SAs have been provided with the capability to remove members from vote chess games.”

Do you use them?
Club owners should have possibility to give/strip certain rights to admins/coordinators, by default any admin can delete all members, and owner cant even see what happened and who did what.
If there is some panel for owners to manage what level admins can manage, that would make things much better. If owner wants to all admin to be able to delete any member, they can assign such level.

True - a disgruntled admin could really wreck things.
You are forgiven.
chess.com, why did you create the delete players feature - for admins and super admins, and can you create only for founders?
