Share your most stressful game- When chess becomes (extremely) stressful

I just played this game, and the clock caused me and incredible amount of stress. For a beginner this game was pretty good though.

I need some professional help with this game, and constructive criticism? I was playing white.

What do you mean professional like USCF or FIDE rating or coaches you need pay or just someone to guide you to the higher ratings?

Because I could help you get to 1000+ Chess Rapid rating but only on chess.com Rapid not professionally in the USCF over the board and I do it for free.

First thought would be to do puzzles regularly.
Avoid blundering those pieces in 1-3 move tactics.
You'll reach a 1000 with this easily.
