Hey there folks I'm stuck at about 800-900 in blitz, bullet, and rapid. I sometimes make it to 950, but then I always tilt back down. Any tips?

Do puzzles!

My puzzles rating is about 2050 (highest 2100) (I have premium) but thank you for the tip I will do more puzzles

Try to analyze your games and see where you're going wrong, and see if you can diagnose any problems with your thinking from there.

The biggest reason people lose at lower levels is blunders
There are lot's of different types of blunders; one move blunders (like simply hanging your Queen), and other tactical ones, like forks. Here's how you can stop blundering (or way less often). Keep in mind it'll take practice.
1. Do Puzzles! Puzzles help you recognize pattern recognition (which is a big part of chess). An example of a pattern is when a Knight forks two rooks (a very common tactic that I'm sure you're aware of).

2. Do a Blunder Check. This is perhaps the best way to stop blundering. On your move, double check to see if you have any checks, captures, and attacks (CCA). This will help you punish your opponent's blunders and mistakes. Also, you need to do this for your opponent too! Before you make your move, check to see if it's safe by looking to see if your opponent will have any CCAs.

3. Learn basic endgames (like King and pawn)
I hope this makes sense. Glad to help you bro <3

The reason you tilt back down is you're not that good. Everybody has hot streaks and cold streaks. Your true strength is usually somewhere below your peak rating. You just have to get better, and at your level this mostly means not blundering material and taking your opponent's material when your opponent inevitably blunders. Don't focus so much on the ratings. Those are just numbers. See my PSA for beginners on this forum for more details.

I reached over 1000 just by playing a lot rapid. Try to not play bullet or blitz in the beginning because it affects your skills to improve harder. It takes some time but trist me, its worth it! Also learn opening traps because that brought me from 800 to 1200. Hope this helps jlu

At your level, try to improve your chess principles. There's a lot of website out there to learn basic chess principles and I recommend "Aimchess" because everything you need to learn about basics can be found here. Not necessary to share, Aimchess.com helps me reached 2k in rapid.

And also the most important thing that also helped me improve my gameplay is having a burning desire. If you really want to improve your chess so badly, you have to be eager to dedicate a part of your time in chess.
