So?
Suggestion: Custom Club Roles

Chess.com could make custom club roles by adding a feature that let's club owners name their club's roles and add permissions to each one. Owners would have access to lists with permissions such as inviting, making events, etc. and would be able to decide what permissions to enable or disable for each role they make. What do you Think?
I have requested the same thing in either Chess.com Community Club or in this club (I don't remember).
I said a thing like that because there were admins that were banning people randomly. So I said "It would be good if we were able to choose what can admins do. For eg. if you have a vc leader, you can choose a setting that makes it impossible for him to ban members. Let's say you gonna have an admin for controlling the chat, notes and forums... you can choose only that person to be able to delete notes, not other admins. So It would be good for us, if you agree

I'm absolutely on board with this idea. It would take quite a bit of work from chess.com's development team, but would be worth it for all clubs on the site.

Would it not be pretty simple? There are already 4 different ranks (coord, Admin, SA and leader) each with different permission. I would think it wouldn't be that hard just to add a multi-select feature letting you turn on and off certain permission. Many other apps already have this.
Chess.com could make 'custom’ club roles by adding a feature that allows owners of clubs edit their club’s roles and add different permissions to each one. The Owner would have access to lists with permissions such as inviting, making events, etc. and would be able to decide what permissions to enable or disable for each role they create. I think this would be a very useful and practical feature. For example, I would love to reward one of my coordinators with more flexibility to create announcements, but I don’t know him well enough to know if he deserves all the features that come with admin. Lichess already has this feature, as well as other social media platforms, such as Roblox and Discord. I will upload a photo below. What do you think?
