Tactics format changed?

I see that the format of the New Puzzles changed, and what's even worse is... i cannot draw the arrows to evaluate the position. If i attempt to draw them, it indirectly drags the piece to that square, and there's the possibility of the puzzle being marked wrong.  Am i the only one seeing this?
