First, thank you for posting your new custom position! While it looks cool, I'm forced to agree that it is
Thing is, in NCPs each piece must have a certain role and make the gameplay balanced and fair. Here, however, the board is just filled with powerful pieces without much sense. The one fact that there are more than 5 captures from the start makes the game unbalanced and teaming-based, not even saying about 1-check. It'd be a great idea for you to read a short guide about how to make a good NCP.
