if you move the mouse over that long-box thing(which shows the link to settings), as if youre trying to press logout, that box shifts to the right side, making everything clear. Not a bug. this happens on most sites, which has some linkings to a page, and its located at its bottom.

Just nagging - the bottom of the screen gets clipped by the tooltip when hovering over the settings button.
Not really a bug but thought someone from the UX side would want to see if this is the desired behavior.
This is on Windows 10 using Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)
