I was a former 1900 but hopelessly got tilted. How to retain the rating

I am really low rated then you. So my Rapid rating was in ruins, i was not even 700. So i took a break of a week. I only played bullet and blitz. Then after watching lessons and anaylizing games and then in the next 1.5 months y rating jumped over 200 points. Hope this helped.

But if any body other or the man asking this question have a simple answer first i was a rating of 1400 in rapid and droped to 1100 and decided not to play chess as i will lose points but i saw my he grew so fast he was 1300 and he grew 1470 and i was shocked next day that he came back to 1218 but he tried and he is now 1430 and from him i inspierd and feom 1100 grew to 1504 in rapid thanks for my friend fegel samuel for inspiring me..... Thank you

with whom was ur worst game?

I beleive i had one really horrible game against some player in a daily game. i had blundered a queen and my 2 bishops in 12 moves
