Was it just this puzzle? or has it happened continually? If you view puzzle now do you still not see it?
I know this doesn't help you with that tactic... but sometimes pieces vanish in games of mine... but th e pieces are still there... if you click on the square where the piece is... you can move it (if it's legal to do so), you just can't SEE the piece.
Anyway, while it may be a different bug, it could be that the piece is still "there" in the tactic, but is just invisible... so you can still move the piece if you click on it's square.

Some pieces of the blindfold set were mixed up with the regular pieces. (some index gets corrupted).

It works now, but for some reason, the king did not show up that particular day.
I was solving tactics on the chess.com app today when suddenly, the enemy King disapered. Oviously since the King is off the board I could not finiah my tactics, so I closed the app and reopened it and it still wouldn't work. Anyone else have this problem?
