Threads not visited by admins

I see that most threads in this forum are visited and commented (often by a "Ticketed" note) by one of the admins of this group or another staff member of chess.com. However, some threads are simply left unanswered. Recent examples among my own threads:

• https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/irritating-display-of-forum-posts-in-firefox
• https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/team-match-result-correction-for-closed-accounts

Is this simply random? Or is there some specific conclusion I can draw when a thread is left unanswered?

• https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/achievements-1  - Correctly answered by Mod so I didn't respond. 
• https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/irritating-display-of-forum-posts-in-firefox - I just missed it. Reviewing now  
• https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/team-match-result-correction-for-closed-accounts - Missed, but responded now.
