UI Suggestion: Add game Details and pgn field for synopsis/description display on Archive hover

With the pending redesign of Archive this seems like a timely suggestion.

It would be great to add a field to game Details and  the pgn for recording a synopsis or description of the game. This might describe an overlooked fork and led to the loss, or a time scramble where one failed to take the last pawn and ensure the draw, or some such.

This description could then be available to display from the archive when one hovers over the game:

Would this be auto-generated, or just added by the user manually?

My thoughts are added by the user on the Details tab in Analysis or the Game Report.

Notes to Myself:
Ages ago I suggested something similar and called it "Notes to Myself" rather than a description. Effectively the same thing but implying an alternate perspective on its use, maybe not being public.

Searchable Tags:
Additionally I suggested adding a Tags field in the pgn to permit tagging games with keywords. The search could be enhanced to search them as well. This would permit a user defined games classification scheme. 

Since the advent of the Library feature one can create libraries for each tag and add the games there. The downside is one can't look at a game and see what tags apply without having to annotate a Tag comment in the game.
