warning before aborting games

There was one game where I had a mouse slip and aborted it by accident. You should have a warning before aborting(or resigning or draw offers). Or at least an option to confirm those things in the settings

Hello Coolingpiece,
there is an option on your settings (the following URL) the 3rd option under "live" is "Confirm Resign" you can enable that and you are ready to go.

https://www.chess.com/settings/live

PS: I am not sure if it is the same for "abort" I will check and let you know.

Edit: Yes, it is the same for "resign" and "abort"

Ok, thanks

Does it apply to aborting though as well? Aborting is before you've made the first move and does not count as a loss

Yes it does, I checked it

?!?! Clicking Abort will Not let you lose points! It is not a substitute for resignation. But if you abort too many games, you will be violating our sportsmanship policy www.chess.com/community

there wont be any abort button anymore for the next few games. It will be restored back.

Ow, I meant that this option will work both for abort and resignation, not that it counts as a loss, sorry.
