king
half correct man and there is also one hidden answer apart from king
I’m locked inside with no escape, ππ
My loyal guards now seal my fate. π§±π€
No breath, no step, no open door, πͺβ
I stand alone, my power no more. β‘π
A silent knight leaps close and near, πβ‘
Each jump a threat I deeply fear. π¨π―
My friends surround, but block my way, π·π§βοΈπ§βοΈ
And now I fall, no light of day. πβ οΈ
No queen or rook to break the chain, πΈπ«β
Just quiet doom, a bound domain. π€βοΈ
From regal height to final fate, π°β¬οΈ
Who ends me here? Can you relate? π€π

Nice man
can U give explanation...
The king is trapped by its own pieces.
A knight delivers the final blow.
No major pieces (queen or rook) are involved.
There’s no escape, despite being surrounded by allies.
If you want me to, I can explain my thinking on all the paragraphs.
that's one is enough man and I just asked how you solved it..good job man
but if you used chatgpt then...No Comments from my side and ignore this message
@SPK1729 Is the smothered mate also a specific type? If so, I'd guess that it's the common pattern where you use the night and queen do a double check that forces the king into the corner, then sacrifice the queen in order to get the rook beside the the king, finally hopping the knight in for the final blow?

Esliwga said it man and no type ....
Sorry I wasn't sure since you said there was a hidden answer, but I guess that was just that the king was smothered mated.

Hi hello can you solve this riddle
We walk not first, nor lead the way. πΎ
But sharpen minds with every play. π§
Not perfect yet, we strive and learn. π
With every loss, a wiser turn. π
We're not the masters, not just yet. π§βοΈ
But chase the crown without regret. π
Who are we, climbing skill's tall curve, π
With grit, with grind, with silent nerve? πͺπ€«

Can You Outsmart Legends?
This brilliant puzzle was given to top players at a 1987 tournament featuring legends like Kasparov, Karpov, and Tal. Only Mikhail Tal found the solution. Kasparov and Karpov weren't able to find the solution. Even Stockfish of chess.com can't find the solution.
Think you can crack it?
