Where did the block button go

This person hasn't done anything reportable yet but he's very creepy and making unwanted comments but I cant fine the block button

Unfriend him first

Click report and there should be a block option there

That just takes you to an option to report them.

You must unfriend someone you want to block this way.

You can also block under Settings > Blocking and enter their username, even if they're friends

Yes, unfriend first and then you will see it. (This is to prevent that you accidently block a friend).
