Intuitively it felt to me that Black's position was somehow cramped on the Queenside. So I played 14. g4 and a few moves later the tactical possibilities - exploiting the 'cramps' -  became apparent.

Both 11. Nd5 ?! and 13. Nf6+ are labelled 'inaccuracy' by the engines. But how does one develop 'intuition' except by experimenting with such moves ?
